We offer a comprehensive 24 hour callout service with no call out charges, we simply charge a fixed half hourly rate which you are informed of and agree to prior to sending the engineer. No hidden extras or nasty surprises.
We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and can normally be with you within 2 hours. If its going to be slightly longer, the engineer will inform you. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card.
We don’t use call centres so when you call us, you’ll be talking directly to the engineer responsible for your area.
